Optimization of drug scheduling for cancer chemotherapy with considering reducing cumulative drug toxicity

An improved optimal drug scheduling model with considering two control drugs is proposed and the Gauss pseudospectral-based optimization method studied to decrease tumor size toxicity in this work. Firstly, Dexrazoxane drug, which has significant clinical effect reduce of anticancer introduced. By analyzing growth kinetics cancer chemotherapy, reduction regarded as second input dynamic equations. Correspondingly, problem particular goal necessary constraints established. Next, a transformation technique complexity With deriving Gaussian time grid discretization detailly, pseudospectral (GPM)-based chemotherapy algorithm presented test performance within different rates. Finally, implementation structure given detail. To validate model, extensive simulation results comparative evaluation are carried out on specific mathematical model. Simulation show that superior other literature studies, resulting average improvement index by 66.54% revealing guiding property for chemotherapy.
